Whew.... at least I am not the oldest one here.

Honestly, I don't mind getting older..... but it sure would be nicer if I didn't have these aches and pains appearing. I have pain in my thumbs... in the joint at the base of the thumb, where my thumb meets my wrist. And, the past couple weeks I feel the pain moving into my wrist also. This causes me to be very weak and I can't even lean on my hand and I have trouble gripping or pinching things with any kind of strength, or opening lids or turning keys.. Sheeeesh.....

Thanks for all the birthday wishes, just got home from dinner and this old lady is heading to bed.

Yes, getting older stinks for the aches and pains. This was my first time up and around since Sunday morning. I've had a raging episode of BPPV going on. I was getting ready for a cane after spending the last couple of days hanging onto the walls to get around the house. But I think it's passed now and I'm about ready to go play another round of chicken checkers tomorrow!

Kathy I remember the pic you posted of the red head when he was a toddler, out by your pond, I think that there was an emu in the picture too, or another one, I forget, he looks like he could be a linebacker or a lumber jack, or whatever else he wants to.

btw, I suspect I am the closest to an ancestor on here. But life goes on and it has more good then bad. And most of the bad is just challenges to be gotten through. A day at a time.
