Dinner. Grilled cheese sandwich, with Havarti, applewood smoked bacon, and caramelized Bosc pears on Shepherders' bread. Oh my.





I forgot the bacon was in the oven and burned some of it while chatting with Kelly! Plenty unburned and was this ever good!
