I would love to have two Silver Ameraucana's this next spring. We will be past Jackson, CA but I will drive back just to get two girls if you have them. I have to EE's but I'd like some really blue eggs. I will be following you so I'm patient. ThanksMary that Chili looked yummy.
I just hatched a bunch of cool olive eggers ( U of A blues with a white empordanesa daddy) a few buff x wheaten ameraucana (ee) with the same white empordanesa
I also hatched some crele penedesenca from Rocky my rooster that I swapped out with the younger guy.
I am going to set some Black penedesenca , white empordanesa and crele penedesenca next followed by
silver ameraucana x crele penedesenca to follow if they are laying then
Partridge Rocks--winter layers and very PrettyI realized yesterday that I don't have any brown egg layers. I have dark brown but no brown. I am hoping to start an eating egg business in the Spring and need some reliable layers of large brown eggs. So I ordered seven pullets from My Pet Chicken and they shipped today! I just ordered the assortment of brown egg laying large fowl. Now I am really going to have to do some moving around and maybe even give up a breed or project. Oh well. I don't want to hatch or brood any more chicks so I wanted these fast so I could brood them now with the others.
OMG, I am such an idiot. I have too many chickens now!
