Kelly, too funny! Good way to look at it.Mary - green eggs are blue eggs with brown spray paint. So if their ink jets aren't calibrated yet, you will get blue eggs. I'm sure in time they'll get it going.

Diva, we're giving out full size candy bars tomorrow night. Just sayin'. In case you're in the area. I guess since we probably won't get a single trick-or-treater, I should say we're eating full sized candy bars tomorrow night.![]()
Love the pumpkin, especially the hands! Ummmmm, I'd better not tell my youngest about that or he'll want to trick or treat at Mary's house.
He's dressing up as a trash can. It's a costume we made at our oldest's request. We cut out the bottom (DH lined the edge with some weatherstripping so it wouldn't be sharp), used ropes to make suspenders, made the lid into a hat. Then I'll put a trash bag around his body and put it over the lip of the can. Then we fill it with paper and leaf trash.
Hubba hubba, I have no pool......................but I wouldn't mind having a pool boy!Deb it's not silly to keep them because you like to look at them. Kinda like having a 'pool boy,' when you don't have a pool. Am I right?

Still downsizing around here these days. Oh I would LOVE to hatch some babies.Quote:Time for you to hatch.Oh my goodness I could just kiss those babies all day long - they are just precious!
I am suffering from "my chicks have grown up."![]()
Quote: I don't remember who it was, but someone suggested attaching a layer over the top. I don't remember what they used but something like parchment would work. Then when the chicks graduated, they removed the paper and wiped down the rest. Of course you can just remove the legs for a good wash.
Chooks Chick said something about that I think, if I remember right. Unfortunately I don't remember what she said to use.
I am paying attention because I have my eye on those Sweeter Heaters still, about $100 or so, for my bantam coop since we are on a hill with lots of windy rain all winter- maybe one day I will buy it. I will definitely have to put some of that drawer liner on it if I buy one (edited to add after reading about it in later posts).
