(don't slap me Michael)

My first video with the new camera. Diana eating oats this morning, poised to kick Jack if he makes a move toward her bucket.
Great resolution!

from my mom, who's something of a botanical wiz: "It looks like the yellow star-tulip, Calochortus monophyllus. It is said to be a "small upright flower whose inner surfaces are yellow-haired and without other colors. 3-8" high. Woodlands. Western foothills of n Sierra Nevada". (Pacific States Wildflowers, Niehous/ Ripper)"

so you were right!!

Mary and I were talking that you'd post what it was.

I did get these today. I have been busy shipping and hatching since beginning of February
I shipped 3 dozen eggs on trade.
1 dozen crele to one friend
2 dozen to another friend

I am waiting on 2 dozen Black Penedesenca on trade. I have 2 hens and a rooster and love them very dual purpose.
wanting a semi free range flock with the goats.

I am excited! Gonna try my hand at gardening this year. Hope to make some raised beds within the week. We got notified tonight that we were accepted in this:
Quote: This is their facebook page (and has more info)......

Some of you are "real" gardeners! You should send him an email and join in! Free rare and heritage seeds to share with each other...... I think that will be so fun!
