I was wondering when Jack would show up. I think Michael is getting into this now? Unless Mary is disguising her voice. How about REAL emu videos?? Tell Jack if Mary put shades down on her windows, Diana couldn't see when she gets up.
I'm wondering what Mary has left - maybe some of the old girls have comments to make. Chica could complain about not finding the right man/male?

It's all Mary. Michael just posts them on Facebook for me.

Well they don't do much these days but walk about and peck at my camera. I can get Michael to harass them for me as soon as we can breathe outside!

Mama's window is the one on the upper left and another around the front. Mama likes to watch the news on TV and the sunrise through the window. Diana watches for movement when I get out of bed and when the TV goes off. She's a stalker.
Smokey again today!

Chica and Louis are so in love they may actually make some babies this year. Putting those two together was the best plan because they are both mellow. Loca and Stuart are a bit high strung but they are a perfect couple as well. As long as the fence between the two couples stays up we have peace and no one gets hurt.
OK, I have to go outside now and straighten the wreath on the back door.
I had an armload of stuff from my garden yesterday. 15 tomatoes, five green jalapeños, one red jalapeño, and two Scotch bonnet hot peppers. I put them all in a big pot and cooked them for hours with some onion, cumin, chili powder, lime juice and a little brown sugar. Then I ran it through the food processor until it was smooth. Wow is it hot, but good. I had some this morning on my eggs. It made a quart and a half which I will freeze in small baggies so I can feel the sweet heat all winter long! It would be a great BBQ sauce for chicken but I don't eat chicken anymore so I'll try it on shrimp. It is really a pretty bright red.
