Thank the Heavens for the rain! Hope more is on the way to help get that thing all the way under control..getting close! And Diva was right, beautiful sound.

I do not have emus and such, but I do have a bunny that gets along with chickens...

Oh boy, we are in for it. Had a record day back in 1982 for rain fall...tomorrow, right on the exact date in Sept. 82, we are in for the same thing. We are going to be on watch for flooding in many areas. It starts tonight..which I am already hearing lightening and rain. But it is going to down pour tomorrow on the whole state. Will be interesting to see if St. George area will flood again. There will be areas up in the foothills for sure..wondering how many homes will slide. :/

Hopefully it won't be as bad as they are predicting.

And Mr. Bunny looks more interested in the camera than the chickens.

it's not that bad.

Unless something goes horribly wrong, this will be our new lake cottage (Charles Mill Lake, Ohio).

Wow, beautiful!

we had crazy rain last night here and over the fire. probably at least a 1 1/2" over a 1 hour period . I drove up over Carson Pass last night. was snowing over 8000 feet. Carson Pass is 8500.

Got dumped on early this morning..dumped..we aren't done yet..this storm system is circling and is going to hit us a few times..weird weather because of the California weather and the stuff coming up from Mexico..mixed.

mlm..that is great..would love something like that in a peaceful quiet environment.

Hang..snow?
