Yesterday was picture day, mostly trying to get pictures of the Icelandics Mary gave me. Of course, they are both males.

This male is going to be stunning. Look at his massive crest!


Huge crest, blue AND mottled chest - who could ask for more?


This male wouldn't cooperate and stayed in the coop. He is also mottled and crested, but his crest is smaller. I love the red leakage he is getting. They are the same age, but a big difference in size.

Michael is still sleeping. He slept most of the night so I am just letting him rest until he is ready to deal with me! Tucker is still by his side. I will need to make him come down and go potty though.

The boys are both nice Kelly but the red and blue one is beautiful! I'll try to get a pic today of the silver one and get advice on gender.

Mike isn't Sunna the girl you owner handled to championship??? Is it likely she'll have both coat types in the litter? Is the short haired type preferred in the breed?

You could have been just a tad more sympathetic,

Let's say, "I would have thought that one was a pullet too."

Or, "Wow, sure looks like a pullet to me."

Perhaps, "I can understand your confusion given your age, poor vision, and the fact that you don't get around very well."

But nooooooo, I get "ROLF" as if I make this mistake all the time!
