MARY I love seramas!! I talked my silkie friend into getting some years ago - they have proven to be the most trouble free of all the birds she has had in over 25 years.... They aren't A or B sized but, still small and lively, and smart.

AND don't have that ughly walnut tumor of a comb like silkies . Thank goodness. Seramas are real Chickens. They come in so many colors. ps some go broody often

Kathy, so glad you are back (I hope for good) was always asking about you - now, if we could get Dar back - we'd all be a big happy family again!

Okay, Mary, if you have better pictures of my birds, please share them.

My Barnevelder cockerel took Best of Breed. (only 1 Barnevelder there that wasn't mine)

Reserve Breed to my Barnevelder pullet, who was not cooperating much for a picture:

Best of Breed (no other birds but mine) to my Welsummer cockerel:

Reserve to one of my pullets, who would not cooperate for a picture.

On cage training at home, the cockerels were hard on me, and the pullets were easy. We get to the show and the pullets freak out in the cages, the cockerels were fine.

OMG, Mary I'll pass on that song. Reminds me of my conure.

Does anyone here have laughing chickens? I wouldn't mind looking into a happy choir.
