Our local Mexican restaraunt opened for the season last night, they make the best tacos with homemade crispy shells. And Margueritas.

Actually the Kung pao wasn't hot enough so I added Hunan hot chili sauce to my bowl. The instructor says to cut one or more of the chilies lengthwise to let the seeds out for more heat. I was Little worried about that but I should have done it. next time I will. Right now we are just getting the stir fry techniques down.

I needed that laugh. Just found another of my photos has been pilfered. So frustrating. They are using my picture of three Ameraucana hens to sell Isbars.

I don't know if it makes it better or worse that they aren't even using the same breed. Mary do you do any kind of photo tagging to keep track of your pictures in the world wide web? Last fall I started watermarking as I worked with photos but laid that to the side due to all the spring rush going on. You'd better believe I'm back on it.
