Yep, interesting discussion at the doctors office. And the word is..........it's going to get worse before it gets better.

Swelling peaks in the 24-48 hour time frame.

My eye looked just like that after the doctor put cipro in it. By the time I got home the itching was driving me to distraction. She was gone for rest of the day (in hiding I think) when she finally called me - she said "Well the cipro probably did it's work, don't use any more." I had already paid for a $$$ prescription. I had to wait for it to go down on it's own.

She could have given me some old reliable stuff but, was anxious to try the cipro. . My original complaint was I got poked by a branch. This felt much worse. Well at least I discovered I can't have cipro.

I was reaching into a prune tree(I grew up on a prune orchard!) to get a prune to throw at the neighbor. It was a bad idea.....

See you got punished!! My grandmother was always saying that - if I sneezed, she said I got punished. For sneezing - what did I do? Sadly I grew up saying that all the time., and worse yet, believing it.

That's sad Ron, I mean the punishment didn't fit the crime. Lobbing a prune at someone isn't going to kill them., or are we talking fat plums here?

Right you are!

Prunes are a type of plum that can take dehydration. They are not big like plums. We were members of Sunsweet so they had to have over 30% sugar content prior to harvest. I do not like them that sweet.

These were in mid June so they were very little and would sting a bit but not really hurt anyone.
