Sorry, being jerked around again! They have less than four hours to remove contingencies. Spent huge amounts of money doing EVERYTHING they wanted, now this. I have had a phone to my ear all day. Sorry Kelly I will call you in the a,m. Electrician coming again at 9:00 a.m for another all day'er. At least we'll be ready for the next buyer, who will get NOTHING!

Well, don't move to California, the state of entitlement.

Good news and bad news. They removed all contingencies, but there are indications that they plan to be difficult until the very end. And in order to do some of the repairs, we have to move out a week before closing escrow. And, we don't have a house to move into, so we will be officially homeless in a little over two weeks. Kelly, can we park the motorhome in front of your house like Randy Quaid in Christmas Vacation?

We had a family favorite tonight, Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup. It's a "cheater meal" based on a box of Uncle Ben's rice, but it's QUICK- about 30 min start to finish. I'm not even going to TRY to compete with Mary's lovely food photography!


And my 7yo (who HATES to have her hair done) let me do her hair today! Yay!
