Snow on the ground this morning and we are getting light lake effect snow showers - 35 degrees. I am inside pouting.

Yikes - on the ground? Are your leaves all off the trees yet? Here in southeastern NY we still have most of the leaves on - we're in "peak" leaf-peeping mode! This weekend the traffic on the main N-S road from NYC is constant - I can't even get across to get out to the store.

The thunderstorm kept me up at 3am, then I had to get up and take my oldest to a run. I'm cold and sitting in the rain now.

Yes, all melted now, but still only 39 degrees. We are past peak color, but it is still beautiful, lots of color tourists this year have kept the town hopping.

!muttsfan, I think your weather arrived here last night. This AM it was 25 and at noon only 39 and snow showers! I still haven't gotten over last winter yet - I'm not ready for it!

It's nice you guys in CA have some rain and dampness.
