I got ZERO eggs yesterday. I mean, c'mon...........not even a single egg? I'm struggling to get through winter without having to buy any eggs.
Hubby is out of town, and said he went and bought eggs from the store. He said they were tasteless and disgusting. I told him he is spoiled with our good eggs. Maybe now, he won't complain about the feed bill.
I'm with Lydia, I'd get dressed, skip breakfast and hold puppies.
You must light your coops to get that many eggs?
My problem is if I put light in my coops (which don't have electricity, so it's not even possible), then my automatic doors open. (because they are on a light sensor)
Two is better than none. I've been getting two a day for a while now, until yesterday. I'd better get 4 or more today to make up for it!
Maybe yesterday's weather threw them off.
