I love the chair.

I made your bacon asparagus frittata this morning. It was delicious.

Tonight we had ham, scalloped potatoes and green beans. My youngest and I also made Italian Easter cookies. (Much like a sugar cookie). I'll upload the picture soon.

Thanks Kelly. The chair was one of my favorite pieces to work on. It is so hard to find cane that isn't trashed so I jumped at this. The cane in the seat was gone and someone had cut a board to fit and thrown a kitchen chair cushion on it. I added and upholstered seat in a rustic French script fabric and made the rooster pillow with the French fabric back. I am not a blue fan in my own house but people love it right now. I am hoping this piece sells easily in the shop!

I am so craving dessert tonight. Even a picture of cookies would be good right now! I am glad you liked the frittata.

So, you gonna' come see me at work when you're in town? :lau

I'm stretched pretty thin right now visiting 2 grandmas, but I'll try.

Here are the cookies, before frosting and after. He wanted a cookie with sprinkles.

Tomorrow I am signing a month-to-month contract for a 10x11 vendor space in a small vintage shop here in town. I want to sell my furniture somewhere other than Craigslist and Facebook. I am going to give it a try for a couple of months. If I don't do better selling there than at home, it's time to find a new hobby!

Pressure is on because I don't get the space until Thursday night and have to move my stuff in and be ready for the annual Art Walk on Friday night. Michael is helping so I think we can do it.

I'll be paying space rent, plus I'll have to be in the store for 2 to 4 six-hour shifts a month. I am going to help the owner out with Saturdays during Little League Season.

Here's the thing: I have never worked a day of retail in my entire life. Not one. Never touched a cash register. Never made change. Never. Plus, when you're working, you have to text the other vendors if there is a question about one of their items. I DON"T TEXT!

This could end badly.

Wow, big step. Good luck with the cash register and texting. I'm certain you will do fine!

Nice technique with the knots! These look really good. I had to settle for a yogurt for dessert.
