Stepped on chick

I accidendly stepped on my 2 weeks old
chick in one second his right eye got really big lime it was going two pop out and went all blue and his left eye is fine he walks fine please tell me what to do

What happened with the poor baby? That just sounds awful!!

No one helped me now its dead along with his mate they got coryza

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost of my new borns and I was absolutely devastated I couldn't imagine losing one that you may have grown attached too.

I did hatch new ones from a new good hen but even they got coryza could u help how to handle and prevent coryza

Are you keeping them clean, both the eggs and the baby chicks? You should wash your hands with anti bacterial soap every time you touch or go into the incubator and every time you touch something in or around the brooder

And the babes will need lots of warmth when they are hatched and clean food and water.
The chicks will tell you If they are too hot or too cold but you should atart at 95 degrees ferenheit.

I dont have a heat lamp I live in bangladesh what can I do
