Sticky Chick Bum

My little chick has had a pasty butt since I got her April 2. She eats and runs around normally and always has. Eyes are bright and she seems healthy otherwise. At first it was just a regular pasty butt. I have kept her clean but now the poop that I see look normal, but her feathers are almost all gone on her belly and she has a whitish discharge. I’ve tried gently washing and drying in addition to the normal wiping but it didn’t change. Any suggestions?

I would be inclined to treat her for Vent Gleet.
Is her crop emptying overnight?

I’m not sure.... I’ll have to check and see tomorrow morning. She is very tiny. Hopefully I will be able to tell. She eats and drinks normally.
