Can you post a pic of your incubator and what it looks like inside? I’ve never used an incubator but I’ve never heard of anyone that does say their egg was sticky.

Its like this but with straw in the bottom.

It’s a home made bator? I wish I knew why your egg is sticky have you tried wiping it off with a dry paper towel?

You say the egg shell is sticky?Is it possible another egg broke and got yolk on it during being shipped or collected?

Yes, the egg shell is sticky. No eggs are broken and it isn't either.
