Sticky Egg?

Is it possible when they were shipped/collected another egg broke and got yolk on it or have the eggs been washed?

The eggs haven't been washed either. The day 10 egg has been sprayed though.

@Jpat has homemade incubators. I don't' remember him having any problems, in fact, he usually has a better hatch rate than anyone! He does not put hay on the bottom to my knowledge.

I have, I didn't see any.

Maybe sanitize the egg with orginal Listerine and water 50/50. Normaly i would not do this but you could have bacterial growth on the egg.

I don't know for sure. If your ok risking the egg you could use rubbing alcohol or 10% bleach.

Ok, if I use rubbing alcohol, what percentage?

70% or higher. Don't mix it with water like you would bleach. Hydrogen peroxide would work too.
