I have two Americaunas that have been sitting on 19 eggs in their coop. A week ago the first chick hatched successfully and is doing well. Since then I have found three chicks out of their shell, dead. They were very wet, one of them seemed to have quite a bit of the egg yolk matter covering its head. Any thoughts?

it probably wasnt fully developed if there was yoak on its head. also i dont think it could be a stillborn if it was already out of its shell. i think maybe if it was a broody hen that maybe she didnt keep them warm enough! best of luck!
