Still dealing with tomatoes!

The fall harvest still has some ripening to do. I already took about this same amount and made a big batch of spaghetti sauce.
Looks like I need to make some more soon!

I still have sauce from the last batch, so tomorrow I'm going to make Italian sausage rolls.

I made a large batch of slow rising refrigerator pizza dough, portioned it out, it's now on day three, so I froze all but one that I'll use tomorrow night.
 
I've made green tomato salsa before and canned it. Can't give you a recipe though as I made it up as I went. Just used lots of different hot peppers and lots and lots of green tomatoes. Worth a try if your into that sorta thing.
