Humidity is only at 64%. I don’t really have a strong light for candling so it doesn’t show up on camera well what am I looking for to see if it’s dead?

Just get a flashlight and hold it up to the egg (get into a semi-dark place away from as much light as possible). That's how I candle my eggs every morning. It works just fine! This may be off the wall but with all that blackness in that egg get up real close and take a good wiff. You may have your answer.
