Hatchery JG’s normally don’t get as big as what you’re thinking. She shouldn’t be a ton bigger than, say, your Orpington. I wouldn’t anticipate any size-related problems. How high is your roost bar

We are still working on the coop. First time having chickens. Hoping to have most of it and the run finished by next week. I know the Orpington needs a lower roost as well, so how short can I go with a poop board under it?
