STILL not laying!

My 37 week old barnvelders still aren't laying! What could be going on? One has a nice red wattle and comb and the other barely has anything. My barred rocks I got at the same time have been laying for months and my little 19week Wyandotte has also started laying. I've read that barnvelders sometimes take a little longer but this is ridiculous! :

What could be going on? Can I hurry them up? I live in Houston, TX. It was a hot summer but the weather has been great the past couple of weeks

Your hen might not be laying for these reasons:
-Age
-Molting
-Undiscovered nest
-Undiscovered pest
-Improper nutrition
-Health
