what sort of stuff should I get to stimulate some neurons in Maxie & Roo? I'm going to get them a mirror (my turtles love their mirror)

I'm almost sure I have 2 girls. Roo was very disgusted ith me this morning, since I saw itty bitty tail feathers & had to kiss them. She definately has feathers on her wings & flaps them when she chases after Maxie. They've been getting used to their playpen more & more & hopefully they might spend the night in there soon instead of sleeping in the bed with me. They have started to scratch their food around which is too cute for words. I find my bossy little Maxie totally adorable. I have some colorful baby toys in the closet, but I'm afraid to open the door. There's a good chance it would erupt in a hideous explosion & demolish the apartment complex. The rat cage is in front of it, actually holding the door shut.

Thanks for the entertaining post, but if they are going to bed with you they are probably getting enough... well, you know what I mean....

ATTENTION!

That puts you one full step ahead of me. I am neither cute nor cool LOL, but on the other hand I don't sleep with the chickens

when our power went out in 06 I slept with the torties to keep them warm. and I rescued a waterlogged roof rat & nursed it back to health. It was not happy being forced to take amoxicillan for 2 weeks for a URI
