Stole my Photo......

Yahoo! The photo is gone!

Yep they deleted the photos!

I wish Ebay would slap those sellers hard for using someone else s photos or make something of a rule if you decide to USE someone else's pictures, they either have to say WHERE they got it from or give the person's name who owns the bird.

You should put a comment on the auction page down at the bottom. Something like,
" This is a picture of my chicken you used from another site, without permission. I would recomend you post a pic of your own chickens to be fair to your potential buyers."
Make sure you click the botton that says you would like it displayed.

Yeah, the seller's response to me was that the pictured bird looks like hers & she didn't think it would be an issue.

Wow, what a lame response from the seller. It doesn't matter if the birds are similar, even the same exact birds. As long as someone else snapped the shutter closed on that camera, the pictures belong to the photographer and can only be used with permission. The one problem with the age of the internet: any picture that shows up on a google images search apparently makes people think it is just fine to use without authorization of the owner.

When you use that comment section to ask a seller a question, only the seller can choose if the question and answer are then viewed at the auction once answered. A person asking a question cannot force it to be shown. So if the question is incriminating, no seller would display it.
