I've been following this faithfully and have you and Max in my prayers. I am certain there will be a happy ending no matter how long it takes.

I called today and was told that the ownership hearing had been moved to Jan. 20, 2010. I was GOING to call the media to see if they could contact and came up with the same reply, but got a call back saying there had been a mistake and that it really was set for Dec. 16, 2009.



So, tomorrow is the big day. At 1:30, I'll be in court to get my horse back. Anyone who wants to come, PLEASE do! It's at the Tahlequah Court House on the third level.
