come on someone call and say max is coming home. thought the judge would have been there and back and Max would be home yesterday. still chewing my nails and smoking way to much.

I can't believe it. This has been going on for over a year.

It seems at LEAST that the horse would be moved to a third party while all this is going on. That way his welfare could be watched.

Well...hopefully you will hear something Monday.

Ropo posted said nothing yet.............NOW you have every right to be pushy, call incessantly, etc etc you waited and HAVE waited, exhibiting more patience than seriously humanly possible. You did as instructed and were courteous enough to wait this out. I know you don't want to step on toes but sometimes you have to be assertive and say enough!!!! If it were me 8:00 am monday am I would be ringing the phone until I got an answer. Seriously!!!

No gag order that I know of. I wish I would have gotten a call or something yesterday, but got nothing. Sorry for the short post, I've was sick and extremely tired from work yesterday. I could hardly keep my eyes open.

After I type this I'm off to work again and won't be able to type until late tonight.

I wish I had better news for all of you, and for me to be able to sleep better. On the bright side, if she does order a DNA test, then I want to be there to see the removal of the hairs from Max. You would think she could at least grant me that courtesy.
