She is probably just busy. I'm glad she is willing to go out and see your horse whenever she does get out there. She seems to be on your side.

RoPo I can only imagine how upset and fustrated you must be, but and I am only saying this because things have been slowly going your way.
Could it be that the judge did have a day planned, but due to the crazy weather that has been plauging your area that she had to cancel and just couldn't get another day to get out there before Friday?

I suppose I should say that I am glad she's going out there, but the DA said it probably wouldn't be this week either. She works in several counties and the rest of this week she will be out of the county doing other hearings and trials. So it'll be at least another week before I hear anything at all.
