Stolen Horse--Man is BACK in jail!

I've told anyone who will listen in real life about this case, and they are all outraged about the lack of the so-called justice system enforcing the law and the contract. They can't understand how something like this can be allowed to keep going on, and neither do I. I'd have serious worries about ever going to Oklahoma with any of my animals.

There are few competant judges in Oklahoma. There is very little recourse until the judge makes a ruling. If she rules the horse belongs to the uncle repo can appeal. Until then it is a waiting game on the judge. Going over her head will only anger the judge and either prolong the case or cause her to rule in his favor. It took me two years to get my kids, when they had no credible evidence against me.

Repo has strong, undeniable evidence and a confession that Max is hers. Had this been a car, she could have repossessed it swiftly. The nephew should have been ordered to bring Max in. Anyone in possession of Max illegally should have been arrested. That is Oklahoma law. This delay is just incompetance.

I read your story and I am so appaulled. I could not even imagine the amount of frustration you must have went through. That really puts this case into perspective. Im so happy you are now with your family and I will think twice before I drive through Ok.

I don't have children so it's just the animals I have to worry about. People have been pressing me for years to go to Nationals when it is in Tulsa and I haven't, and I don't feel any pressing need to after reading all this. Long drive, tornados, horse thieves and good old boy cops...nah, I'll stay home.

oh no...if you go to tulsa you have to worry about gang bangers, drive bys and home invasions..that and legions of homeless guys that will not hesitate to throw stuff at your car or even you if you dont give them a dollar.

Oh, RoPo, I can't believe this is still not getting sorted. There doesn't seem any way that things can be affected by anyone else. You just have to keep hold of your sanity and have faith that it will all turn out right in the end. Then you will be able to sleep and you will get your life back.

I wouldn't judge an entire state by one lousy place. Tulsa, is actually an awesome place. Steer clear of North Tulsa if you want to stay alive.

I'd get a hotel in Claremore (we could have dinner!!!) or something. Lots of people get a hotel at the Cherokee Casino, about 10 minutes from Tulsa.
