Stolen Horse--Man is BACK in jail!

Quote:
I'm highly doubtful. Considering for the last week he hasn't called me back and that I was the one that waited on the phone for 10 minutes before he could pick up the phone line.

I'm sorry...I'm pretty darn ticked about being pushed off to the side like I don't matter on this.

I think my biggest issue with this is, he had told me he was going to get an Oklahoma license, a temporary one. Then, when I am feeling fairly confident, I get a kick in the gut.

I'm soooo sorry to hear about your lawyer quitting. Don't give up. Did you ever hear back from netposse? This might sound like a dumb question but could you sue these people that have your horse?

That is EXACTLY who I am suing. I have to sue him in order to get my horse back apparently.

I spoke with several lawyers today, but only one gave me some information that could help. Filing in "small claims" court. Since I am not asking for more than $6,000. I am going to try this route and see if that will work. If not....I don't know what to do from there.

For small claims, I do not have to have a lawyer, but I can tell you I am absolutely shot on emotions right now.
