I'm glad that things are finally starting to look like a resolution is in sight and it's never wise to make a judge angry. I was at a hearing testifying against a person who had ignored my order to stop his vehicle at a fire scene. He continued on and drove across our hose lines. The judge gave him a fine and 3 days in jail. When the judge asked him why he was smiling he replied that he could do 3 days standing on his head. The judge then changed his ruling with "now try 90 days sitting on your butt".
