The DA needs to wash that idea right out of her brain...who cares about the other two when they are pretty obviously reaping the trouble they deserve for the row they have sown? I sure wouldn't be calling them any defendants no matter what the legal proper terms might be...

Some discussion on positive ID of the horse.

Here in La. we pay an extra $45 for the horse's first Coggins test. This is to inject a micro chip. That micro chip is registered in the owner's name. During the aftermath of hurricane katrina, hundreds of horses were displaced, lost, and rescued. The rescuers were able to return over 90% of the horses to the proper owners using the information in the micro chip.

Does Oklahoma use the micro chip system?

It's not common at all over here to get a horse micro-chipped. But you can be darn sure that's what's going to happen when I get him back. That's one of the first things that's going to be taking place when I get him back.
