As is said 'anyone who acts as their own lawyer has a fool for a client.' Seems like the uncle continues to prove this is true. Glad to hear the judge wants to go see Max. Too bad she couldn't bring him back with her and hand him over to you with a big red ribbon around his neck.

OK - so it comes down to the judge going to pay a visit to see Max because the uncle claims it's not the same horse that the nephew leased and then sold to him and pleaded guilty to embesslement for selling while leasing?

Wow! For starters, the uncle is an idiot. Second, I'm so glad that he had to represent himself and make himself look like an ***. He ruined his own credibility and I am so thankful in your case that he did! I know I am new to the thread, but I am rooting for you and Max 1 million%! If you wouldn't mind, I would like to know the details and continue to pray that this all turns out in your favor and that you get to baby Max to the fullest extent next weekend! Woo Hoo! I know you don't have him yet, but it sounds like a matter of time and he will be yours! I'm so glad that this case is finally turning around and that you finally got someone to listen and support you!
