This is just nuts, there's simply no other word to describe it. What the H-E-double hockey sticks are we paying taxes for in this country, other than for social programs that simply don't work?

I actually called to inquire about an entry permit from one of our fine lower 48 back at the beginning of May, and do you know their Dept. of Ag was CLOSED till the end of June? It actually said that on the answering machine! How do we even manage to function?! It just goes to show you just how meaningless so much of our litigation really is. I know none of this is helpful, but I need a commiserating moment here. I'm still cheering for things to go your way...I was on vacation checking in periodically hoping he'd be back.
