geeze, at this point I'd be sending a very polite letter to the judge that you've been very patient for darn near a year.... and although these few weeks seem like nothing to her...... it's utter agony for you. (and us too!)

The newspaper editor replied that she could not do a thing, but to contact one of her writers. How is it she could not pitch the idea herself? Anyway, I wrote the writer and haven't received a reply. The DA has yet to contact me and I will be calling again today at 1PM. (When the lunch break is over.)

Have you written a letter to your Congressman, Mayor, etc.? Do you have an attorney who is representing you re your horse?

I called the other DA to see what the heck was going on, since the original DA was out today. I was pretty blunt about it. He said he was going to ask the judge and call me back ASAP. I'll probably hear back next Wednesday...

She will be back in town next week and he said she will be making a ruling next Wednesday. Kind of ironic that I guessed the day huh? LOL
