i never keep lighting in there so they are not over worked for eggs..i have one buff orpington, two oeg,and two black sex links..that are broody

I have 2 silkies htat have been sitting together in a cat carrier for 5 weeks- nothing has ahtched- so today I set them carrier and all outint he nice green grass- and when they climbed out to get a quick bite- I took the carrier away. I felt like a meanie- but they need to get on with life. I don't want them to sit any longer- they need to EAT.
