Give them 12-14 hours light and some time to acclimate to new surroundings. Once they're comfortable, they'll likely start laying eggs.

They will lay when they are ready. Being stressed by large, aggressive birds like chickens is just as bad as being stressed by predators. Just moving them to a new location is often enough to put quail off laying for a week, if they’re in poor shape they may not lay for quite a while longer than that.
