So I was surfing on Craig's List (bad....bad) and I saw an ad for pullets... BR and RIR... from the guy I got my hens and rooster from. I really want some younger BR and RIR EVENTUALLY..... but they are 5 wks old. I am moving my FBCM today so would have plenty of room in the quaranteen pen for some new hens that I need like I need a hole in my head..... aaargh! I am thinking 2 BR and 2RIR....

Well duh! Didn't you take chicken math 101? So I am guessing you said you wanted 2 and 2, I bet you come home with somewhere between 5&7.

I am up to 44 birds, no idea how that happened!!

Must be that chicken math everybody talks about. I never was very good at math.
