We have 5 hens that can lay, however we only get 1 to 3 eggs on a given day. When we first got our girls, it took about a month for them to start laying in their new home. The neighbors told us they were getting 5 eggs a day.....we have yet to see that. Hang in there and give them time. And yes.....the weather is a big factor!

That might help.
But if you are not as consistent as a timer is, then you may not be getting the benefit.

Really bad weather could contribute to the stress of moving, but normally weather is no factor at all. It is time of year (daily light vs. daily dark periods)
It just happens to be cold in many parts of the world when we have short days. But the same thing happens in warm/mild winter climates.
