Stopped getting subscription emails

As of this morning I am AGAIN not getting e-mails to subscribed threads or PM's.

Thanks,

My guess is that AOL and some other email providers may be blocking our emails after we send out the newsletter (yesterday). In all honesty, AOL has a pretty notorious reputation for blocking a lot of legitimate emails. Our engineers keep trying to find ways to ensure the emails get through, but sometimes the service providers just block stuff thinking it is spam.

Do you have another email account you could use that you could enter into your account to see if they are getting blocked by your ISP and/or email provider. Maybe try setting up a Gmail account. They are much better at demarcating legit email and spam than most other services.

Nifty,

I've already changed my hotmail account to add an alias and got e-mails for about a week an then changed to another one that is provided by my phone company. There are no other accounts to go through.

That's odd since nothing has changed on our side and we're not seeing other reports. We see that the emails are being sent from our server to you, but once they leave our side we don't have much control over what happens after that.

I wish I had more ideas / suggestions besides going direct with a provider like gmail or contacting your email provider and asking why the emails aren't getting through.

What address does the subscription notifications come from? I have found the one that says [email protected] and [email protected].

Those e-mails are still listed in the server at qwest along with a bunch of old e-mails, but the subscription notifications are all gone.

ETA: The other e-mails aren't there because I deleted them in my outlook account. So there is still no reason why there are no e-mails. I have no spam in the online e-mail folder and there are no filters set.

Nifty, I haven't had subscription / weekly emails in months. I figure it's just because AOL is a notorious hater... Only word I could find that fits. It blocks quite a bit of my emails.

I've always used AOL as my email provider and always use to get my subcription notifications just fine from here until this site updated/changed. Mine doesn't go to spam folder either.I also get regular spam to my spam folder that isn't blocked by AOL

. Miss my instant updates.

I use hotmail, and am still getting some notifications about thread updates, and private messages, but not all. There may be a threshold on msn's side that i am unaware of where they just deny messages coming from the same address to close together. But if that's the case, the denied messages are not going to my junk box. It's a very small issue since I check in at least twice a day. Just wanted to toss out that P&P isn't ENTIRELY crazy

Exactly the same for me. And I still get lots of spam, for the blue pill. sigh
