my chicken have stopped laying she is 2-3 years old could the heat be causing this? She is a buff

For sure the heat dropped my girls production .

If she’s eating, drinking, no feather loss , her vent looks normal , not red or swollen ,

Sit and watch her, feed her frozen veggies and fruit and let her be , enjoy

Welcome to BYC! What are you feeding--type of chicken feed, treats, etc? Where do you live? (Is it summer or winter) My 2 1/2 yr old hen has slowed down a lot. She didn't lay any eggs over the winter.

My chicken has stopped laying too. She is eating, drinking and pooping fine. Definitely must be tgis heat x

Hi, besides the usual feed, light, molting, deworming, external parasites and stress issues what would cause hens to stop laying? (Since Feb) I originally thought it was stress from the Roo, but one hen my sussex was breathing heavy last week. No other illness symptoms. She has now died. I am worried now something is going through the flock. My Roo is a noisy breather but has since I got him 2 years ago. Oldest flock member is a Silkie, laying at 2.5 years old. And one year old Amerucuna laying. Any suggestions? I live in Alberta. I have given ACV, super booster, rooster booster, garlic and herbs at times. Dewormed this year with Levamisole. No symptoms otherwise. Help! Thank you!
