yesss! I listen to music 24/7 bc it helps me focus! That's what I need right now. My Mom needs complete silence to focus and so she thinks that everyone's that way but bro I'm doing this, random school assignments, listening to music, watering my plants and eating breakfast with my fan for background noise
. It's so funny, she doesn't believe in multitasking but my brain needs breaks in between whatever I'm doing lol.
Yes! I feel like I'm always doing two things at once lolThat is completely normal in my world. Best way for me to focus on a sermon on tv is to play Sudoku while it's on. Cannot focus just staring into space, my brain will take one word and go running across a basketball court dribbling with it and totally lose track of the sermon. Does that happen to anybody else or just me?

That's so true!!!!at church the pastor will say smt and it will remind me of a song or a story and then I start thinking of that which leads to smt else and it never ends! lol!

Growing up I would always bring a sketch or colouring to book to church with me. There were periods that I would get self concious about that because my siblings all kinda "grew out of it". But I eventually just accepted that that's what I needed. I take smaller less distracting "sketchbooks" or just a notebook and my parents got me a "My Creative Bible" which is a bible that has space along the edge of each page for notes and also colourings of verses or other things scatter throughout it.Doodling helps.
