strange behavior prior to first egg

Oh my goodness I just found this story and really want to know what happend ? the to-be-continued is driving me nuts ... I hope shes feeling much better

still no egg. in fact, if it wasn't for the lethargy and the falling over, i wouldn't think anything is wrong with her. she's eating, drinking and pooping normally as far as i can tell. she's been inside the house for the last 18 hours or so.

here is a picture of her vent.

it shows the swelling in that area. we can't feel an egg (even when sticking a finger in the vent), but she can poop. is this swelling normal or characteristic of anything?

here's a video of her stumbling around a bit.

has anyone seen either before? does this look like egg bound?

The video clip was quite short but it seems as if she is having trouble with one leg?

Does she protest i.e., does she seem to have pain when you palpate the area around the vent?

oh! I watched your video and I think she is so pretty

I hope she recovers. you are right to keep her separate, doesn't Marek's usually happen earlier though? Good luck ~ kim
