Strange Curved Feather Growth - 18 Weeks Old

Okay this is Abby she's a Black Australorp and is 18 weeks today. I noticed that her feathers are growing differently from all the other chickens old and new. They are like at an angle growing from the left to right in a spiral on her neck to her breast.
Her back/side feathers seem normal. When the wind gets in these it looks like she has long flowing hair

Just wondering why, is it normal, etc.


P.S. I hope this category was okay for this question. I searched about but it didn't seem right to put it in emergencies and illnesses as she's okay.

I would assume genetics. I would expect her to lay just fine, but I wouldn’t hatch her eggs
