Strange Egg: Is it a Lash egg or something else?

Then it's much more likely this is a glitch. Could someone else have laid it?
That would be relieving, also there’s no chance it would be another gal.
Just before it was laid I cleaned their entire area out, she’s separated by fence so she’s by herself but can still poke/see her brothers.
I watched her make her first nest, it was so cute!

Lash eggs are a result of salpingitis, an inflammation of the oviduct. Sometimes it is a result of bacteria. In chickens, when seen early, antibiotics such as amoxicillin or enrofloxacin may be given. You may get those online from jedds.com and others. I am not a duck owner, but @Miss Lydia and others may be helpful.

It does look very similar to a lash egg but since she is a new layer keep that in mind and hopefully it is just a glitch. Keep and eye out for the next ones she lays and post pictures if they are abnormal.
At 6 months and laying your young ones can be on layer or you can mix it with grower. I'd put some oyster shells out for them in a separate container from their feed and they will use it as needed.
I don't know what your drake-to-duck ratio is but there is no need to separate laying females from drakes unless you have too many drakes and they are overbreeding your females. Just take up eggs daily if you don't want ducklings [especially since we're going into winter]

I will make sure to do that, I’ll watch her closely. So far I’m hoping glitch, she is exhibiting normal behaviour and nothing looks out of place. I will hope it stays that way.
I’ll put out some oystershell as well!

And yeah, unfortunately at the moment my ratio is off. Because they’re coming in with new hormones they’re a bit crazy right now, so they haven’t been able to integrate with my 3 older gals either. (The older ones are scared lol, and the boys chase them)
They may also be siblings so I didn’t want to cause any trouble with them 🤔

What kind of problems can siblings cause? They can mate with each other but if you are worried about them having ducklings then take up eggs daily. Plus they would have to brood a clutch so being it's winter and not a good time to let anyone brood anyway.

Hopefully she'll not have any more weird eggs from here on out.

I think that is a lash egg. Can you cut it in half and take another picture? It is common for related chickens to mate, but you just don’t want to hatch any of their eggs. In special breeding programs, a parent might be bred to an offspring to pass on certain genes or traits.
Have you ever seen a duck laying lash eggs?🥺
