Strange Egg Layer

One of my hens laid a huge egg the other day, very soft shelled, and a triple yolker! Yesterday the same hen laid another huge egg. Expecting another triple yolker imagine my surprise when I cracked this egg and found a egg within the egg! The egg was shelled and perfectlyform

no but one of my hens once had layed a double yolk but she only did once
