Strange egg

My chicken egg started having these strange external bumps. They are teeny tiny clusters, which I think of is a wart. And then I have one hand that her egg has this spot like I’m showing here sometimes much much worse which I don’t eat the egg when it looks like that. Any ideas of what could be going on here?

You have my plates. the warts are calcium deposits and the dark thing are meat spots, they happen sometimes.
Is this an older hen or a production bird?
