Strange growth on chick??

This morning I noticed this strange growth just above and to the left of one of my Polish chicks (4 weeks) wings. Any idea what it might be and what I would need to do to treat it? She's acting normally and it doesn't seem to be bothering her, but I can't find any info on what it might be...

Looks like it might be an abscess. I'd wait and see if it goes away within the next week or two. But it it gets bigger or starts causing her pain I'd bring her to the vet.
