Strange growth on hen's comb

Ok, i've pawed through the internet and I am stuck in between fowl pox (dry) and favus.
Aparently favus is contagious? Neither of the other two girls seems to have it. Also is it true that it is caused by ringworm?
The growth looks like a combination of favus and dry pox. Or a huge chicken zit.

Yes...favus is ringworm...so if you treat her with an athletes foot cream use gloves when you wash her comb with a povidine/betadine solution and then apply the cream...is is contagious to all of the flock ( and can be passed to humans ) but can spread very slowly..look for any powdery white marks on the combs and faces of them all...

Ok thank-you.
